Reuben developed a passion for retirement planning and investment portfolio analysis while serving as a Retirement Specialist for Nationwide Retirement Solutions. While serving in this role, Reuben was responsible for managing municipal 457b retirement plans totaling more than $200 million in assets. Reuben later developed his skill sets of team building, recruiting, insurance planning, and personal risk management while serving as a Nationwide Insurance agency owner. During his tenure as an agency owner, his agency was consistently recognized as one of the top 10 agencies in Georgia for multi-line production. Reuben built a multi-line operation of 11 Nationwide Insurance store fronts with 60 employees. Reuben also served on the Nationwide Agent Advisory council during his time as an agency owner. Reuben demonstrated his expertise in long term care insurance planning by working with several major credit unions in Georgia to offer long term care planning to members.
Currently, Reuben utilizes his skills and passion for the industry in as President of National Financial Group. In this position, Reuben offers strategic leadership by sourcing, recruiting and mentoring new representatives which allows him to build his team while helping others grow as entrepreneurs, as well as complete oversight and vision for the development of the firm.
