Born in Turkey, Guliz spent most of her life growing up in the city of the Seven Hills, more commonly known as Istanbul. Being raised in a family of generational entrepreneurs, she grew up with an appetite for innovation and entrepreneurship. Starting her first business at the age of 16, Guliz set up a bakery in her boarding school dormitory. Instead of following in her family’s footsteps, she started her own career working with big brand corporations where she carved out a path that provided her with a global, multi-disciplinary, and holistic experience to innovation.
Guliz spent 15 years working with Coca-Cola, Reckitt Benckiser and many others, where she built expertise in marketing, trade operations, supply chain, revenue growth management, and commercialization and is the co-founder for The Green Room Collective where she focuses on innovation, working with clients in multiple industries and leading transformation workshops in five continents around the world.
As the NFG Global Consultant, Guliz continues to challenge the status quo to create positive impact where she uses her marketing, leadership acumen and passion to help clients build their revenue growth management.
